The Office Season 9 Developing Dwight Spin-off

Dunder Mifflin perhaps another job opportunity will come next year, as NBC is currently working on a spin-off of The Office centered manager everybody assistant regional favorite Dwight Schrute III K (Rainn Wilson), for replacement potential mid-season in 2013.
The spin-off series, which has not yet officially announced by NBC, is described as a family comedy and focus on the Schrute family beet farm and bed & breakfast that was hilarious featured several times during the series. Conducted by Wilson and The Office executive producer (and Toby) Paul Lieberstein, seeds next proverbial Dwight spin-off series will be planted in an upcoming episode of The Office.

Speaking of the deadline, a source close to the Office reveals how the idea came spin-off, as well as how they will embody the idea of being able to perform a series full:
Paul and Rainn have joked for years in the life of Dwight to the farm, his family and how ill-suited he is to run a B & B.
Some time ago, he began to feel like a show to them. NBC agreed. It was developed to include multiple generations, cousins and many neighbors. At its base, it will be a family farm struggling to survive and a family trying to stay together.
Before fans of The Office start jumping up and down at the mention of "cousins", it is unclear whether the loveably awkward Mose, who is played by Parks and Recreation co-creator Mike Schur, will part of the series. If anything, the character of Mose could be a transition into something of a recurring character, as Rafi (Jason Mantzoukas) in FX The League, which was originally supposed to be one of the main characters of the series .
Of course, for Dwight to assume the responsibility that comes with running a beet plantation / bed and breakfast, he will have to leave the world of Dunder Mifflin behind him. If all goes as planned (which is likely), Wilson will return for half the season 9 office before going to his own series.

While NBC has not officially renewed the Office for season 9, all signs point to the series received another season order from the network, though, that will all return is still up for question . Without an official pick-up NBC, talks with members of the base distribution - which are without a contract for the season - are unable to produce.
But the real question is: Can The Office survive without Dwight? Of course, the loss of Steve Carell was great, but what helped continue the series is that the rest of the cast consists collectively greater strength Carell comedy on his own.
Without Dwight, this group begins to deteriorate, as the absence of certain personalities become more obvious to the viewer. And while Carell's position was filled by Andy Bernard Ed Helm, their personalities were similar enough to compensate for the dynamic basic Carell brought to the series.

Unfortunately, when it comes to Dwight, a wonderfully unique character and crazy, there is no real equality - which is perhaps the ultimate intention of NBC.
NBC orders pilot with eight new comedy, the network seems to lock a block of comedy safer. While it is true that the office is always a success in its niche, the age of the series means that there will not be much longer.
So if the network renews The Office for the last year, which will certainly return many memorable faces from the past (we already know that Carell is ready to return), they will not only be able to use the "buzz" that comes with last season to launch their new comedy, but they will also be able to take advantage of long-awaited return of many past characters to fill the void that will be left from Wilson to his own series.
